What is the best way to achive good relation ship with your Friends

In your opinion how do you think a person should do to keep an old friend ship or gain a new friend ship ....
Is it hard thing to keep friend ship forever ,what if this friend ship conflict your self-interest ,Are u going to abandon this friend ship easily whatever was the consequences ...

What's your opinion in people who deem permissible to do that to leave by any way at any time ,
who knows you at time of fun and be away of you at critical and hard times...
In my opinion those aren't true friends , not reliable ,not a one to tell a top secret ,not a person that you could thought that he/she is your mirror that never pronounce a word you whisper with him/her ...
It isn't easy to find a true friend it takes years and years to feel that you started to rely on some one ...
Sometimes it take years to make a friend and other times it takes only few months..
Sometimes you realize that you are a friend for a person for years but suddenly in an occasion you realize that he isn't a true friend at all ...
Life isn't always obvious and all what a human wish comes true ..But the only thing that a human should know that only what Allah wants comes true ..

And my opinion to keep an old friend ship or gain a new friend ship :
"To be a friend means encourage strengths in others and accepting their weaknesses; in other words, accepting them for who they are."..

"A true friend knows your weaknesses but shows you your strengths; feels your fears but fortifies your faith; sees your anxieties but frees your spirit; recognizes your disabilities but emphasizes your possibilities." ..

"Never take friendship for granted, you never know what tomorrow holds." ..

"Good friends share good times, but great friends divide pain." ..

"A wise man remembers his friends at all times; a fool, only when he has need of them." .. "Make new friends, but don't forget the old ones." ..

At Last every person should know that :

"Character is what we are when we are alone and in the dark."
